It’s great that you always check if you are in pain and give priority to what you need. It’s a full way type of exercise more than anything else, but Grasie is amazing at controlling the difficulty. Make sure to stretch without taking out the muscle pain between workouts. Thanks to you, I haven’t stopped and it’s been almost two months now. It’s downtown, so it’s perfectly accessible, and considering that group classes are for up to 3 people, I think it’s cheap compared to other places.
