First Step

As the first step on the path to integrating Pilates into your life, we recommend that you come in either for a one-on-one Personalized Pilates Plan with me or an online video chat where we will discuss what is the best way for you to get started.

Second Step

It is extremely important that you take the next step and fill out our questionnaire so that we can familiarize ourselves with each other as well as gain a better understanding of your situation. By answering a few questions, we will be able to create a customized vision for you to pursue!

Third Step

You will leave your one-on-one Personalized Pilates Plan with recommendations on which Introductory Package is right for you, you will have an opportunity to ask questions, to get to know the studio,  and gain a better idea on how to begin your Pilates journey. 

We aim to help you reach your health or wellness goals. Together, we will then create a plan based on your body and lifestyle. Looking forward to chatting with you during your goal setting session.
